ah yes ok... about my week where i didnt get to blog at all. when the main highlights were like going to ifra's house, trng on friday, history paper.. thats about it??
on thursday liz zhimin jac tang and i went to ifra's house after school to finally get started on our bio project (about HAZE). though it was kinda silly having zhimin's group there too, we'd probably wouldnt get anything done with so many ppl around. and we were right! hahaha we had delicious malay food for lunch ,watched 45 mins of one tree hill (where i had left off) before finally getting started. but there was only like one computer, so we split the research. i only had to do it for like 20 mins before i covered my part. then i did like 2 questions of my amath hw... and went back to watch one tree hill!! hahahaha what was i supposed to do otherwise!? :D then as they finished their part of the project they came to join me, except jac was just snoring away on the couch. zhimin got a pic of her being such a lazy sloth :P oh yes.. and ifra's poor cancer cat Angel. it had some eye problem thingy which was really really scary. i couldnt bear to look at it. its right eye was like completely swollen or something.. and the whole area around it was completely red with inflammed skin or something. but from far it really looks gruesome, as though it was all blood. i just couldnt look at the poor cat. ifra ask ur mum to try another vet!!! 
lazing on the couch watching one tree hill!! whoops tang u look a little.. :Pfriday was a really great day. i was actually happy to go to school cos.. it's a friday!! no explanation required :) i was hyper all morning.. till like 12 plus when chemistry finally rolled around and i found myself completely zapped of energy. chemistry.. no wonder why.. we got back our first history test of the year. though i got a rather pathetic mark of 15/25, i have reason to rejoice!! for those whom i constantly complained to last year, they would know that i had this terrible streak of twelves and thirteens practically the whole year!! seriously! we had like what, 15 history tests throughout the year and all were twelves and thirteens except maybe for one rare 15 or something. till the finals came and i actually got 80 for history!! haha, i remember how ECSTATIC i was then. but i was kinda scared this year history would repeat itself. whoops no pun intended. so when i got the paper back and i saw this 'way to go!' stamp instead of that stupid 'keep trying' winnie the pooh one that i constantly received last year, i was so happy!! i mean until now i can still have the winnie the pooh stamp etched in my mind.. *shiver* hahaha as much as i know 15 is a bad score, im still glad this year started off better than i hope, and we shall all push for the last 100m sprint like mrs ng wants us to!! :Dand yeah, the friday got better :D we went like 40 mins earlier before our trng to hit around. and it was probably the best warm up i ever had!! i could just FEEL that it was gonna be a great day from the way i was hitting and how good i felt at whacking each ball. oh but before the great part, i suddenly remembered. silly old coach was reading out the dates of the draw for us and we were excitedly talking here and there while he was babbling on. ( we, meaning jess wensi and hannah) then while jess and wensi, both beside me, we talking so loudly non stop, coach was suddenly like ' JIA, which day are we playing dunno dunno what school?!' like how was i supposed to remember when he just said it?? then i had to do 10 pushups cos i said the wrong thing. so he continued to torture us (well actually just hannah jess liz wensi jo and i) by asking us when were we playing who, where was it held kinda nonsense.. and it was kinda funny cos we were all screaming coach and protesting how unfair it was.. hahaha :Dthen we finally got down to playing. jo (who finally came back for trng but is still sick!) and i had to play doubles against wensi and jess. and jo and i were really determined since we said last week we were gonna be really serious if we wanna be main 7 for the tournament. it was a really fantastic game!! i had many good long rallies with jess, a couple of good volleys, but my serves kinda sucked. jo's serves volleys and groundstrokes were good too!! 4 of us were having a really intense match. like 1 all, 2 all, so on and so forth till it actually went to 6-6!! we had a tie breaker... and jo and i won 7-4!! whoo!! it was a really fun game! though i kinda screwed up. at like... 5-4 i think, it was my service and as most of the previous games, we went to sudden death, BUT i just HAD to DOUBLE FAULT and we lost that game just like that. then the next game, wensi's turn to serve we went to sudden death again. and i was just telling jo 'cmon focus we can do this' all that kinda thing. so i got ready to receive the serve, it came to my backhand and i just whacked it out. -.- so silly. i wasted two games like that, right at the crucial moment. but ohwells! we all make mistakes. i just make mine at really terrible times. hahaha. but jo and i were really having a great time! we covered each others back, felt so determined to be focus and not screw up like last week... it felt GREAT!! but jo, we gotta continue working hard yeah!?!? let's go!! :D yeah, so that's all i can remember about this week at school. of course it was fun when steph and i were having our high moments again. helps to keep things going when lessons are soo sooo DULL. so after my 10 hour sleep today, i finished my one tree hill season two (grins) and decided to study for next week's tests! so i sat down at my table, saw these two stacks of books that had been there for really long and said 'hmmm i should really sort my stuff out so i have space to put these books on my shelf'. then as a result, i got into this huge spring cleaning mood, and spent the next 3 hours sorting out all my junk, throwing all the nonsense away, and rearranging the multitudes of books and files from everywhere. hahaha i shant go on to mention all the junk i uncovered. but everytime i look through my nonsense stashed away i always end up recalling certain memories. like i found this 'making the grade' programme thing (which i wasnt involved in, just part of the audience) and i remembered cassie said she was in that musical. so i found her pictures in it and it was so funny!! cassie was the principal it that musical. hahaha she looked so different compared to now. but that was like... 3 years ago i think. then i found the IBM young inventors camp thingy. diane and tiff went too!! so i saw all the pics and tiff was already taller than me at that time! (with the short hair and cheesy victory sign poses :D) and diane with her glasses and all.. haha of course i looked silly too, but looking at the pics made me remember how fun that was. and its kinda like fate that now i know diane through tennis and tifff through church! :D that was...woah like 4 years ago. end of p5. hahaha and after i cleared all my nonsense, found some long lost things, i came to blog instead of doing my work. :D hehehe. then i found these two candles that we bought in thailand like a gazillion years ago and decided to light it to see whether i can get all the shells and stuff inside. hahaha. seriously.. they're those kinda things which are so pretty but useless to get. like the tons of notebooks i have thrown away across the years, the stickers i found, all kinds of decorative pens i find no use for anymore. haha but everyone has this kinda junk. it's part of life, having all kinds of things u dont need. i really hope i have outgrown this buying stuff you dont need habit :D
